You may return an item within 7 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.
It is essential that the item to be returned is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, specifically:
- the item has all original tags still attached
- the item is accompanied by the receipt,
- the item is appropriately packaged
- the item is sent inside an envelope marked “Return”.
In case of permanent return, you are liable for the return costs.
Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date you receive a full refund, using the original payment method you selected for your order.
Return of items and re-sending is free of charge in this case
